Thinking should be done
before or after
And conclusions reached
Or at least some kind of order
brought to the confusion
So that you can
organise your thoughts
around a single point of concentration
Then thought should be abandoned
By total engagement
of body speech and mind
You experience each moment
As it is
And attain this realization
Which naturally arises
with cessation of thought
Allowing thoughts to come
but knowing where to place them
Then to let them go
And then to start again
